Private Client Onboarding
Begin the alignment process.
This form opens the alignment process — it does not confirm an engagement. The founder reviews each submission individually and will follow up to confirm scope, fit, and the appropriate engagement structure. Nothing is due at this stage.
CCIAF works with clients across three engagement structures: a single-decision advisory, an ongoing retainer, and a senior engagement. The right structure is confirmed at alignment. If you are uncertain, note that in the form and the founder will advise.
Step 01
Submit this form
Legal name, email, organization (if applicable), decision context, and timing horizon. This is sufficient to begin the alignment process.
Step 02
Alignment
The founder reviews your submission and follows up — by written exchange or a short call — to confirm the scope, fit, and decision framing before proceeding.
Step 03
Acceptance & payment
If the engagement is accepted, a payment link is sent. Payment confirms the engagement and opens the formal intake phase. No fee is due before this point.

Sign documents
The NDA and Engagement Letter are delivered via DocuSign. Both must be executed before analysis begins. Signing the NDA confirms agreement to the Terms, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy.
Step 05
Psychometric intake
The NEO PI-R Big Five inventory is administered through PariConnect. It takes approximately 35 minutes and requires no preparation. You may opt out at this stage if preferred.
Step 06
Brief & review session
The written brief is delivered privately. A review session with the founder walks through the analysis, addresses questions, and closes the engagement.
