the right advisory.

Access to this portal has been granted by personal introduction. Volume I — the full written case for CCIAF — is available for you to read here, privately and without obligation.

Read it first. If the argument is compelling, the engagement process is set out below.

The engagement process

A clear sequence from first contact to delivery.

Every engagement — whether a single-decision advisory, a retainer, or a senior engagement — follows the same initial sequence. Scope, deliverables, and cadence are confirmed individually at alignment. Nothing is open-ended.

Step 01

Submit onboarding form

Legal name, email, decision context, and timing horizon. This opens the alignment process — nothing is confirmed at this stage.

Step 02

Alignment

The founder reviews your submission and follows up to confirm scope and fit. A brief written exchange or a short call.

Step 03

Acceptance & payment

If the engagement is accepted, a payment link is sent. Payment confirms the engagement. No fee is due before this point.

Step 04

Sign documents

NDA and Engagement Letter via DocuSign. Both must be executed before analysis begins.

Step 05

Psychometric intake

The NEO PI-R Big Five inventory administered through PariConnect. Approximately 35 minutes. Opt-out available at this stage.

Step 06

Delivery & review

Deliverable format and review cadence are confirmed at alignment. All engagements include a private session with the founder — nothing is sent without being walked through.

Begin the process

The alignment process begins with a single form.

Describe your context and what you are seeking. The founder reviews each submission individually before any engagement is confirmed. No fee is due at this stage.
